Ignition coils
So after stripping both forks I started on the ignition
coils. I was pretty certain that the carbs were the source of the mis-firing
issue but I had to be sure. I removed the coils and tested them with a
multimeter to make sure.
As you can
see they look like shite but hopefully it’s just dirt and crap. Sure enough the
coils were fine. The video is here –
After
checking the coils I was happy with what I had found and stuck with the idea of
the carbs playing up.
I have a load
of photos which I took to get a good idea of what I had in store for me and the
list started to grow.
